The Hayloft apartment faces south down towards the beach , sleeps 8-9 , most bedrooms ensuite rooms . 1x Double with Bath 1x Double with Shower 1x Single (can be a small twin for Kids) with shower & 1x Groundfloor Kingsize with additional single Bed & seperate wet room with Sauna.Large Kitchen, with electric range cooker, seperate oak-framed Dining room-Sun lounge opening onto south facing patio & large Garden.Tv Snug with Woodburning stove .Around the walls we have lots of local art work & some handmade furniture
Dogs welcome £10 per dog per week
The apartments are let Saturday – Saturday and are fully cleaned before your arrival .Bedlinen, towels, tea towels, hot water, central heating & cleaning fluids are all included. The Deposit to secure the reservation is £250 per apartment with the balance due 1 month prior to arrival. Half weeks are available out of season &/or if not let one month prior to arrival. 10% discount for couples & last minute bookings please ask.

Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled Self catering deposits are non returnable; unless we manage to re-let the property for the full term of let booked. If the property is relet then the deposit will be returned less 10% administration charges or transferred to another week in the same year.
We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover this.

Discounts: 10% discount for couples / single occupancy 1-2 persons of Hayloft or Farmhouse 10% for last minute bookings if less than one month to arrival
Deposits:
The Deposit to secure the reservation is payable within 2 weeks of a provisional booking & if for a year in advance before the end of January proceeding the holiday .
Deposits payable by cheque to Calgary Farmhouse or by credit card over the phone

Balance: The outstanding balance is payable 1 month prior to arrival.
The Dovecote Restaurant is no longer serving Evening Meals,
The Carthouse gallery will continue to serve Tea’s & Lunch, and sell a small quantity of food stuffs & packed lunches . There is alternative dining 2 and a half miles away at Penmore or at a hotel 3 miles away or at the village pub 5 miles away.
Calgary Hayloft is still under construction & will be ready for letting by the end of May 2010, maybe sooner!The Hayloft is available most weeks of the school holidays. part weeks will be avaiable within one month to arrival date if not already booked.
