Please ask about discounts for stays longer than one week. Please note we only have one single room, therefore single occupancy of a double/twin room at high season will be charged at room rate.
Superior :
King size Beds on the ground floor with Baths & Shower mixer tap.
South facing Double with either Bath or Shower, 4ft 6" Beds.
Across the courtyard Double with Shower room & small Kitchenette. superior rooms all have TV, & Hifi, Tea trays.
Standard Rooms :
Have garden views and are smaller than superior rooms there is a choice of; Twin with Shower room Or Standard Double with Bath.
Cancellation Policy:
If a Reservation is cancelled or shortened within 1 week of the arrival date, the deposit will be retained. We will only return the deposit if we manage to re-let the room or loft for the entire duration booked. If we are given plenty notice of cancellation, at least 1 month prior to arrival we will try & re let the room or loft and hopefully be able to transfer the deposit to a new date or refund the amount less 10% administration charge.
We recommend taking out travel insurance in any instance.
We require a deposit of approx. one nights B&B to secure a booking , which is payable by cheque made payable to The Calgary Hotel, or by credit card.
