Tariffs include all you need to self-cater: Linen, towels, hot water, central or underfloor heating, & electricity, cleaning fluids, tea towels, toilet rolls & toiletries (including hairdryers).

Dogs £20/week, maximum of 2x dogs per property or £3/night for short breaks. Dogs must bring their own bed and please do not let them sleep on beds or sofas, and please hoover the floors hovered & clean gardens on departure, thank you. Remember the next guest may be allergic or have small children.
We have two mobile half drum BBQ for residents’ use, please request at the office if you wish to use one, we sell Bags of Charcoal; large @ £6, small @ £3,
Arrival & Departure Times: The accommodation will be available for arrival between 5pm to 6pm, please arrive at The Office in the Calgary Arts Visitor Centre in the big carpark to collect keys. Guests arriving after 6pm will be left directions on how to find their property & the keys left in their door. Parking: There is plenty of parking for guests close to most of the properties, but please let us know if you are planning on bringing more than two cars.
Farmhouse & Hayloft are in the courtyard opposite the Cafe.
The East & West Lofts are in the courtyard up a flight of stairs above the Café. The Cart Studio is in the courtyard at the bottom of the stairs to the Lofts.
Limetree Cottage is across the road from Calgary Farmhouse.
Dovecote is accessed around the back of the buildings in the back carpark near to the woods at the front facing the sea. The Byre is also accessed around the back of the buildings in the rear car park near to the woods.
Kittiwake is in the Calgary Art in Nature woodland walk.
Departure time is currently 9.00 am for all bookings because of the enhanced cleaning procedures required due to Covid 19.
Deposits & Payments: A Booking Confirmation Deposit is required within two weeks of placing a booking.
By submitting this request to book one of our holiday properties you agree to accept our term and conditions. Please read our cancellation policy before making a deposit payment, we strongly advise you have travel insurance in place as factors out with our control may prevent you from arriving for your holiday. You can now get Covid cancellation insurance.
Cancellation policy: If a booking is cancelled self-catering deposits are non-returnable; unless we manage to re-let the property for the full term of let booked. If the property is re-let then the deposit will be returned less 10 per cent administration charges. This also applies to balance payments.
If guests are prevented from travelling due to Covid lockdowns or national travel restrictions we will offer the flexibility to change your booking by transferring deposits and refunding any balances paid.
If guests develop Covid 19 symptoms whilst on holiday they should tell NHS operators that they are a temporary visitor on the Isle of Mull and who will advise guests whether they can travel home or whether they must self-isolate on the island.
If guests are advised not to travel off island and we had to cancel subsequent guests, they would be liable for the additional costs.
Outstanding balances are due before four weeks prior to arrival date, along with confirmation of ferry time booked & planned arrival time at property.
A Security Deposit is required for any multiple property booking or any individual property which is to be used as a function venue; parties, functions, weddings etc. This deposit is refundable following departure provided no damage to property and property left clean and tidy.
Function Fee: This is a charge to hold an event within our properties or sculpture walk; this includes the use of our Public Liability Insurance. Further charges that may be incurred, eg extra chairs for a wedding ceremony that can be hired from the Village Hall, or if the Gallery is your wet weather venue, a charge will be due to clear and close the Art Gallery.
Wi-Fi– is available in all our properties – except Kittiwake – please check the information sheet inside your property for Passcodes. Wifi is available in the Cafe@Calgary Arts – choose the open Network “Calgary” and available in the Calgary Arts – choose the open Network “Calgary Arts”. Please note that although we BT Business Broadband this no through the fibre optic cables; therefore the Wifi strength can fluctuate.
Mobile Phones: There is no mobile phone reception at Calgary Farmhouse we are in a valley, it does work above our Sculpture walk & up the road 200m, the best coverage on the west of Scotland is by Vodaphone other servers may only work in Tobermory. The office at Calgary Farmhouse is happy to pass on messages to guests Tel: 01688 400256. There is a Public Phone box 100m up the road from Calgary self-catering. Shopping: The Café@Calgary Arts is open tuesdays to Sundays 10am to 4pm in the and has a small selection of local products for sale such as cheese, organic biscuits, milk, eggs, sausages and bacon. Please Note our Café and Gallery is Closed on a Monday. The nearest shops are in Dervaig Village, where there is a post office/corner shop –Open Monday to Saturdays 9am-6pm, Sunday 12-2pm. Tobermory has a Co-op Supermarket open 8am-10pm most days, bakery & fish shop, there are village shops in Salen, Craignure, Bunessan, Pennyghael & Fionnaphort. Petrol: Craignure, Salen, Bunessan & Tobermory have filling stations.
Re-Brexit : Any future changes to VAT or a tourist tax will result in the tariffs changing slightly for 2022 bookings
